Our job: tap into your practice’s potential

 There are very few problems in a dental practice that more money can’t fix.

  • Hygienists want another raise?
  • Gotta have that new 3-D printing set up?
  • CBCT anyone?

Even if none of those apply to you, producing more (and keeping more for yourself) is a virtual guarantee of increased contentment at work. Money isn’t everything, but having more is a lot better than having less.

And while there are many ways to make your practice more profitable, let’s agree they all fall into two broad categories:

  1. Those that impact the TOP line
  2. Those that impact the BOTTOM line

There are plenty of tools to protect your bottom line – this is classic budget control. Keep your practice expenses in line with industry averages and you’ll be fine. Beat the average and well, you’ll do better than most.

Unfortunately much less attention is paid to strategies for increasing top line numbers.

If you improve your ability to convert, you can actually get more out of what you already have – without needing to spend a ton of money on marketing for new opportunities. At least in the short term.

Most dental practices are leaky — they make treatment recommendations, they get some new patients from time to time…But they convert at a rate of less than 50%.

That is objective fact, not opinion. Only about 35% of all recommended treatment in North America is ever completed.

So while a few doctors do indeed convert 80-90% of their patients to treatment, the reality is that most don’t!

Yet all is not lost! This actually means there is an incredible opportunity in your practice to dramatically improve treatment acceptance with a plan for better conversion.

And yes there’s a solution for that!
